eBay online shopping & selling is a marketplace app for finding, buying, and listing items from your phone. It suits shoppers comparing new, used, pre-loved, vintage, and refurbished goods, as well as people clearing out clothing, technology, car parts, collectibles, and other items.
Browse areas such as fashion, jewelry, sneakers, electronics, automotive parts, watches, and trading cards. Filters help narrow results by condition, while saved items let you keep track of products you may want later. You can also upload a picture to look for visually similar listings.
Listing an item can start with a photo. The app can help generate listing details such as a description, brand, and category, giving sellers a quicker starting point. Auction activity, order changes, deals, and other account events can appear through notifications. Collectors can also use features connected with graded trading cards, including PSA Vault for eligible items.
The numbers place this among the most established shopping apps: a very large user base and nearly five million ratings provide more context than a storefront icon alone. Its strongest fit is for people who want one app for both marketplace browsing and occasional selling, rather than a retailer focused only on new stock.
